  • I agree with the other reviewer this location truly deserves ZERO stars. Avoid going here to save aggravation and potentially save your life. I went for pain medication with excruciating pain. I requested that they fill prescription as I waited in pain. I was told there were 4 people ahead of me and Pharmacist would not accommodate waiting. Guess what there was no body in the waiting area. I even doubt the lady talked to Pharmacist and Pharmacist also looked LOST. How long does it take to fill 20 pills prescription by 6 highly paid people. In my case 2:30hrs and I was promised that they will text me by 1:00PM. No text came and I almost passed out few times waiting for the text. Finally I picked up medication @ 4:00pm and they seemed shocked that text did not go out. When incompetent team is in place even technology does not work. In this place no fool proof techniques will work because this team is filled with people with low IQ and quite frankly their mistakes can be deadly. Today was my last trip to this or any other CVS. If corporate office can tolerate this here, I am sure this great culture is spreading like wild wife to all other thousands of CVS locations. Save your life going to other pharmacies and send a message to this poorly run CVS Pharmacy. My advice to this team is to go work At a DMV location to learn to work efficiently. Learn to have Empathy with paying patients/customers, who are also directly responsible for putting food on your family's table.
