  • Pros: Great location near ASU. Lakeside property. Very pet friendly. Cons: Maintenance. I should have read more reviews on this places before signing my lease. Or at least tested EVERYTHING in the apartment before moving in. Moved in about 3 weeks ago and my roommate and I have to share a shower because his tub does not drain. The garbage disposal worked for the first day and since the sink won't drain and because it's attached to the dishwasher the dishwasher is also full of black garbage water. Haven't been able to do dishes or clean since I moved in 3 weeks ago. The smell is starting to get pretty bad. You have to request maintenance from the apartment website and it looks like it was coded by a high school student and rarely works. My requests have just said "in progress" for 3 weeks now. If you live here make sure EVERYTHING works! Let the water run in all rooms and test the electrical outlets. Make sure the previous tenant hasn't left any hidden damage as a last F you to this place on their way out.
