  • Doug came out on July 23rd, 2015 after we requested a proposal on landscaping that was needed after putting in a pool. Doug was not very friendly and, as another reviewer mentioned, was insulting about the company that we had chosen to use for our pool making comparisons about what they would have done better. After spending about 30 minutes with him, he said he knew what we wanted and told me to send him the pool plan so that he could see where all the pipes for the pool were located so they wouldn't run into any issues with irrigation. That was the last we ever saw or heard from Doug. The next day I sent the plans as promised. No Response. I sent another follow up email on July 31st to make sure that he had received my information and when we could expect to see a proposal. No Response. It is obvious that our 16K worth of landscaping also wasn't worthy of this company. Not even sure why he bothered to come out in the first place.
