  • I have been going here since it opened. Convenient. Opens early. The service is slow. Quality is just ok Today is the last time I will going here.: I ordered a tall Latte machiatto thru the drivethru. There was a car in front of me and as usual it took forever. When it was my turn, I drove up and wow my drink was ready for me! They handed me a venti/grande... I returned it saying I ordered a tall. Response is " its ok we gave something extra and only charged you for tall". Now everything seems fishy washy. If it is too good to be true then it is. To me quality is far more important than quantity. Bigger isnt better. I don't think they understand the espresso to milk proportion when it comes to having a bigger cup. It tasted watery. I was about to throw my cup when I saw the flavor tag on it. it read - Venti skinny caramel machiatto.... Really?! It seemed that it was someones order that they didn't wanted and just handed it me. Venti skinny caramel machiatto is not the same as a Tall Latte Machiatto. Can't trust a mermaid. Especially a little green mermaid.
