  • Poor service. My doctor was great, but the way IMS runs I do not appreciate one bit. When I recently called for an appointment they failed to inform me that my doctor no longer works at this location. When I took a moment to think of what to do next the MA just decided to hang up. I wasn't directed to a different doctor or anything. So seemed like they just dropped me completely. Idk. Didn't appreciate this one bit when I was actually having an emergency with my prescription refill.
