  • *Zero Stars* Terrible. My apartment flooded from roof leakage ( I lived on the second floor of a 3 story complex). They charged me $150 for the water damage and tried to justify the charges with "scuffed walls" I had to wait 2 months to receive my security deposit and I could rarely get a hold of the landlord. Please save yourself the stress and do not lease with them. Just to list some other things: -Usually has more expensive in-unit washer and dryer -No rent grace periods -I don't think they give you a credit for resigning your lease or in other words, resigning your soul to Satan. - Crappy apartments -Incompetent employees - May charge you with ridiculous sh*t when you move out. Okay, I'm done bye.
