  • This is a great place to workout but there is this young kid that works there named Colten that has got a serious attitude problem. I was in a secluded area talking to my brother about the death of his wife when he ordered me to leave the area. I told him that I was on the phone talking about a death in the family and he still insisted I leave the area. This young kid Colten has got a serious attitude problem and he takes his job to literally. He acts more like a marine drill sergeant than a gym representative. He is inconsiderate, rude, obnoxious, pig- headed, inappropriate, lewd, pretentious, and acts like a robot instead of a gym rep. As far as I am concerned he should be fired or he should be retrained on how to treat customers. I understand that he was doing his job but there are times when you have to show a little leeway. I think Colten is an idiot and he has got an attitude problem and if I have to contact the CEO of planet fitness in order to get him fired then I will. This is a great place to work out but Colten treats the people who work there like inmates in a prison instead of paying customers.
