After coming here four or so times, we have loved our experience each time! The place is fun because you can sit by the kitchen counter and watch the chefs make your food!
We have tried almost all of their appetizers, and most of them are great, but the bacon wrapped mochi is definitely something fun to try! And we also like to try the different drinks they offer (mostly the sake).
While we have never been to Japan (yet), you can still tell the quality of their food is there because they have put in the effort! Try their yakanomiaki for sure! Their rice bowl is pretty good but the portions aren't that big. But overall we go their to try their small plates since that is where all the interesting items are!
I do not recommend ramen. It is not bad but it cannot compare to good ramen in large cities like NYC. But everything else I would say to try it at least once before you judge :)
Dessert are great if you like mochi. Also they have this green tea dessert that is always sold out whenever we go, so if you get the chance, try it and let me know :)
