rev:text	I don't even know where to begin.. basically.. just do not rent any property from this company, don't even rent a pencil from them. They do not view cockroach infestation an emergency, and will ask you to submit your service request via email which allows them a week or so to respond... if you're lucky. Their lock/drop box was broken into and my rent check was stolen out of it. Luckily I had my money order info and proof of payment (was able to get my money back from the bank) HOWEVER they left me harassing voice mails and emails about my rent being late for the month it was stolen... they then posted a sign on their drop box saying they would not be help liable if it happened again! HAHA what's the point of having the drop box then?? Anyway, I made sure to save all those emails and voice mails from the MULTIPLE employees who called, none of which ever knew what was going on and I always had to repeat the same story "your box was broken into, my check was among those stolen, I spoke to A, B, and C people 3 days ago.. and told them the same thing, my story has not changed in months.... They are so unorganized ... it's scary how they run a business. They charged me to fix a garbage disposal, I paid it, no biggie.. but they lost my payment... had 3 different people calling me to collect the fund i had already paid. Unbelievable. Another long story short.. I was transferred out of state with my company so I had to break my lease.. willing to allow them to keep my deposit I hoped they would work with me given the situation.. (I even had proof I was moving out of state), they didn't care and they were so rude and tried to scare me into legal trouble if I broke it... scare me?? HA, I threw it back in their face as I was able to hire a lawyer (thanks to my company) and was able to break the lease with all those lovely harassing voice mails and emails about my late rent...aka the stolen rent check. But to do my final walk through?? They sent a 9-month ready to pop newly hired agent who was miserably uncomfortable and clearly could care less, which I guess was good for me... but it was just super awkward. save yourself and rent under a different company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
