  • As a native Louisianan now living in NC, I am always seeking the authentic atmosphere and flavor I adore in my new home state. Seems most think drenching food in pepper means it's Cajun. Not so. I visited Charlotte for a work trip this week. The good was great, service "cute" and friendly. Any local New Orleanian will vouch- atmosphere is the icing on the cake, solidifies an experience. Awesome atmosphere, decore, even zydeco in background. Flavor spot on.
