  • Well true to my word I am writing another review. I said I would if all the problems were addressed. They did take my complaints seriously and within a few hours things changed. My mom has been getting good care. It shouldn't take a review to fix it but they were amazing at fixing the problems. The Director of nurses and the caseworker got involved and addressed every issue. My mom had gotten good care years before so I didn't know why that changed 3 yrs later. The physical therapy is top notch, the therapists Holly and Chris were amazing my mom is now walking more. The occupational therapist Haley is fantastic, and very caring and patient. The activities Assistant Director Abdullah was also very caring and had my mom playing bingo and games. The Care from the nurses Greatly improved after the first 48hrs. Agnes, Brian, Ashley, and Ophelia. The CNA/Van Driver Alisa was fantastic in taking my mom to a Dr Appt, she assisted her throughout the visit. It is obvious that the people that work there take pride in their facility to quickly want to fix all the issues. The only reason for four stars is the food but it's a hospital and hospital food anywhere is just ok. This facility asked for a second chance and I'm glad I gave it to them.
