  • Taste of Toronto has a pay card system that is not for the convenience of attendees, but a cheap money grab that is irritating. One has to buy a payment tap card for a dollar and load the card with a balance for purchasing from vendors (there's a $3 charge to return any funds left on your tap card back). Food was alright. Portions were not great value. Alcohol was priced at the same level as a bar. Not worth attending.
