  • This company should not exist. The customer service is horrible and the response times are non-existent. I reported my asinine neighbor who had his surround sound turned up really loud. The lady that picked up was so robotic in her responses. My main question was how long was it going to take. All I needed was a rough estimate. She said she couldn't give out estimates which is complete bs. What type of security company doesn't give you a realistic time frame? So I waited for almost two hours and no one had showed up. I called back and the same robotic chick answered. She didn't have any answers once again and told me she could not give estimates once again. I called the REAL police who showed up in less than 20 min. Imagine that...20 min. I'm disgusted that businesses employ these people. They are not even capable of responding to a call and no one ever showed up.
