  • We stopped for a late lunch as we breezed through the area on our way to New Mexico. Rudy's was exactly what we needed. Dining is very casual-at picnic tables and you stand in line to order. The meat is sold in minimums of 1/2 lb., but sandwiches are also on the menu. The moist brisket was excellent! Generous portions. Very helpful and friendly staff.
