I had two instances with these folks that were less than desirable over a 6-year span. Both were rather costly. Things have changed since they decided to scale-up and the owner withdrew from active customer engagement. Frankly, I am very disappointed in this downward spiral having thought I found the ideal experience for life. I REALLY wanted to be their customer.
