We waited 1 hr and 45 minutes in line when other customer that were shuttled before and after us to different rental companies were on there way from the rental car location.
The supervisor and worker was supposedly at lunch for the 1 hr h45 minutes we waited....hmmm
First of all, I called to make sure I wouldn't be charged as a additional driver since my wife and I are married and was charged $10.00 per day.
The charges we were charged were 50% more than the quote.
Second the vehicle, a 2012 Corolla with 60,000 miles, was old and smelled. the trunk wouldn't open . scratches and discoloration all over the vehicle. Felt embarrassed to drive due and at the hotel, to condition.
Lastly, when we returned the employee stated we were hustled due to the excessive charges. He offered us to speak to the inside rep but we already went through that process.
Lastly the return rep said to call.....1-877-654-3011
I called & phone rep said to call 1-888-300-8420 but they are closed now
I called 1-888-300-8420 and said they couldn't help me to look up the number on line for firefly to call . I did 1 800-654-3001.
The rep advised that I need to call 1-877-654-3011( which is the number where I started)
Total time wasted on hold and speaking to reps....1 hour 40 minutes
