I'm new to this area and turned to Yelp in hopes of finding a dependable, "we won't try to rip you off" place for a routine oil change. This place had 4.5 stars out of 22 reviews. Felt safe giving it a shot! I pull up. It's super busy, and I'm told I can drop off or wait as it would be about an hour or more. It was a early Saturday afternoon, and I get it. No issues there. A second young man approached me and asked if I knew what type of oil my car was currently running. I said no, and he laughed at me before I could say I'd look at my last oil change receipt to find out. He then asked me how many miles I had on my car and attempted to "up sell" me an oil change that would cost me $60. I'm not typically a "woe it is to be female" type, but I know a large part of this interaction was because I'm a woman. That set aside, I don't appreciate him laughing at my response. I left and will seek business else where.
