Id like to warn anyone that's trying to send anything of importance or time sensitive. I had something wrong happen on both occasions. It was my fault by returning to this business the 2nd time ,but I'd like to give businesses as well ad people a 2nd chance. Maybe the manager-owner was having a rough day and it reflected in her service, or in a lack of service??My fingerprints came back the first time because they were not done properly n on the 2nd time they never even made it. How could this happen w certified mail??Negligence or incompetence!! With so many other services, go to where you are valued as a person as well as a customer as soon as you walk through those doors.
