  • Me and my boyfriend come here almost everyday and for the most part, they either mess up our order or provide very poor customer service. Often times they can't hear you through drive thru and they just say "what?" very blankly and rude instead of saying "sorry, I didn't hear you." If minimum wage is rising I expect for these workers to provide the best service they can and they usually don't. Sorry to say but, they need to get their sh*t together.
