  • Their customer service is terrible. Their staff is pretentious, and rude and have no knowledge or training on how to treat customers. All they do is continue to tell you how busy they are and how dumb their customers are. So unprofessional! You should be HAPPY that you are getting business! All of your tenants and applicants should get your respect because they are keeping you in business. Their voicemail box is constantly full, their manager yells ridiculous things from her office about tenants that are having issues and the staff... Well, they just seem like children in their early 30's that are getting their own desk for the first time. My suggestion? Whip your staff into shape and treat them some manners and customer service skills. Also be careful they don't lose your deposit or have you sign and pay for apartments that aren't available! Yes! That actually happened while I was there. Now they won't returns calls and you can't even get in contact with them! Worst leasing office I have ever dealt with. Actually, this is just easily one of the worst BUSINESSES I've been to.
