I ordered an online order where it concluded that my order would be ready by 3:45. I show up at 3:50 and Let the young lady know I'm there for a pick up order, and she looked at me cluelessly. My order wasn't even started, so she apologized and continued to ask me if I wanted a drink while I waited. I declined. First off, there was only one customer ordering food and about 10 employees at the time. So, I'm not sure why my pick up was taking 30+ minutes. I waited and my food sat there for a couple minutes until the young lady saw that I was still waiting. At this time it was 4pm. She apologized for the wait, but I couldn't fully understand why I had to wait 15 min more from the expected pick up time. Online ordering, and paying online is there for a reason, correct? Terrible service.
