  • After a long day of touring different apartments, I found my self frustrated by the time it took to find the right place that fit my budget, and driving distance to work. One of the apartments I toured gave me a pamphlet to Valley King Properties. I was hesitant at first, and searched the internet for horror stories, or hidden fees. I didn't come across any I gave them a call and worked with a remarkable Realtor named Dale. We sat down reviewed the criteria, and I got exactly what I wanted. Dale knows the industry, and has a good work ethic. I would recommend Valley Kind Properties, and if Dale is available he would be a quality choice for a realtor to work with.
