  • Thank you for your late response but nothing you are saying pertaining to my situation applies. . I did speak to a live person not a recording . She was rude and unprofessional. Maybe she was having a bad day but you don't display that to clients or potential clients. There is no doubt you may have been in business 18 years and provided exceptional service in the past. From the behavior I experienced the day I called, I find that hard to believe. Surely I am not the first and only one who has experienced the wrath of your wife or employee who answered the phone. It was rude and unprofessional. I would say don't take my review personal BUT you should and this is your business and the people you employ or answer your phone are a reflection of your business. I will continue to review good as well as BAD businesses because everyone has a right to know exactly how you conduct your establishment and can decide if they want to deal with you or not. Consumers have choices; whether it's free or if we are paying for services. Please remember the Golden rule with each and every customer.
