  • Who knew that Short Rib turned into a patty and topped with a fried egg could be so delicious. I guess a lot of people, but I am a believer now. It was ridiculously good and messy, but worth it. My wife had the short rib and salad over rice and loved it also. The casino is pretty good for video poker. We will be back next time we go to Vegas.
