  • I a writing this review to let you know about David Cantor. He is a good salesmen who sticks to his word. My Mom ordered carpet from him and before it was installed we found it cheaper somewhere else. When contacting David to let him know about the price difference he was able to make the change in my Mom's price that day. The installation went quickly, easily and professionally. I give David 5 out of 5 stars but only give Empire 4 stars because of their customer service phone line. Please understand the customer service from David was top notch, but I did have to deal with Empire directly through their customer service phone line and it is good just not 5 stars. I would recommend Empire to a friend and I would recommend Empire to you whom is reading this as well. Always do your homework before buying if you are trying to get the price point you want. The carpet is quality and has a very good warranty and along with David's excellent customer service Empire deserves a good review. Hope this helps you decide to use Empire Today!
