  • Went to a different tire place and they said I had two nails in my tire that couldn't be repaired and I needed 2 new tires. I called Discount Tire and found I could get the tires at half the price. I got there and they said let us look at the tire first. Not long after they guy comes out and says I'm good to go. What? Yes I had two nails and they fixed it. Didn't even charge me. Honesty and great customer service just earned you a loyal customer.
