Update April 27, 2018:
Had to get another rental set up by my insurance. To my amazement this time it was actually ready for me when I dropped off my car. BUT! When I went to pick up my car today at 4pm, the Enterprise Rep had already left. So much for their posted hours being open til 5:30p.
Been here three times now picking up a rental during insurance repair work. Their hours say "open at 8am", but EVERY TIME they haven't been here on time and don't have a car ready...even after setting up an appointment and doing the priority pass. It's always a 30+ minute wait.
There's only one person working, and a line of customers.
