  • I had to wait way too long for my food, but that's not why I'm complaining. They told us (after I ordered) that someone's order was messed up and they were short staffed. So the wait was explained. Since it took so long to get my food I had to bring it back to work and eat at my desk. I opened the wrap and it was a disaster. It had so much jalapeno hummus that it was inedible. I paid $11 for an inedible wrap and ate nothing for lunch. Once sharing this story with my co-workers I was advised that their past experiences at Which Wich have been the same as mine and they won't eat there. I will not be returning to this restaurant, which is a bummer because they had an opportunity to make a really healthful, delicious wrap. I was understanding that they had a problem with an order and were short staffed, however, the quality of the product they are selling should not decrease, unless they are willing to decrease the charge.
