  • If you have a pet, it's NOT worth living here. I have 1 cat and for 21 months, they are charging me over $2300 (including a pet fee and pet rent that are for the SAME THING). They will not work with you and they will not applied your initial money paid to any damages. Not worth it. Milestone Management wants your money and they will do WHATEVER it takes to get it. They will charge you out the ass at the beginning, middle and ESPECIALLY end of your Lease. Run very far away if you value money at all.
