  • Anybody but Dane. We rented out our house through Dane, he gave us no.communication throughout the process, there was a cat living in the house that he never informed us about, never changed the airfilters, and when we had to evict the tenants, he informed me that the house would be ready to rent in 30 day. I had him recorded because I had caught him in lies before and when the house wasn't ready in 30 days he tells me "thats not what I meant". I told him I have him on audio telling me that and he got mad. Tells me we can't have this kind of relationship. I didn't mind him no longer wanting to help us, we already had another management company who was helping us get rid of Dane. This guy is a crook, a liar and a theif.
