  • THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH...STAY AWAY!! I had them come out to my house after receiving one of their coupons in the coupon mailer for $4.95 per room + $4.95 (or something close to that) for a hallway. I knew that this was a load of crap because many companies do this to hook you, and then try to upwell you when they get there. We like to clean our carpets about every 3-4 months, and I stupidly do not keep the bills from the previous companies, because honestly, they're a dime a dozen. However, I never pay more than $89-$100 for a cleaning. I've had a couple of companies in the past try to sell me on getting the old dog urine stains out of the carpet. I tried a couple of times, and it's soaked into the pad, so I just do a basic clean. Keep in mind, I have a 1550 sq.ft home, and roughly half is tiled, so it's about 800 sq. ft of carpet. On top of that, 2 of the bedrooms are so small, that it is literally a brush stroke in & out. This guy Andrew shows up, goes through the whole house like a CSI crime lab tech with a green light showing me pee spots which I already knew were there, although I swear I couldn't see it under his light. Anyway, he tells me to pretreat the strains and to get on his hands and knees to manually lift the stains, it was going to cost me $450!! WTH?! I said absolutely not. He then launches into a long dissertation to me on how their cleaner & equipment is "new technology that the other companies do not have. He GUARANTEED that it would get the stains out. I told him that I've fell for this before and the stains return because they are soaked into the pad. He then described how their cleaner (the new technology) would lift the stain out of the carpet and pad. I reluctantly said yes (I'm slipping a little), and he went through the whole role play of calling his boss to get the price down to $225 which I felt was worth it if he could really get the urine stains out as he had promised. I said "since you don't want to get down on your hands and knees for the extra "back breaking labor," why don't I use that why you are using the big hose?" No, can't do that, but the big hose works just as well. In my head, I was wondering why then he was trying to charge an extra $200 for it, but whatever. He finished and the next day when the carpet was completely dried, the whole house smelled like PISS! The stains were back and looked horrible. I called them and they were going to send them back out. When they got here, Andrew had brought another very muscular, big guy with him, it was dark outside, and quite honestly, I felt a little intimidated. I went through the whole conversation we had, and he said that honestly the stains were most likely not going to come up, because they had soaked into the pad already!! That is what I had just told him the day before. Well the company "guarantees" their work by doing it again if you are not satisfied. Since the stains were not going to come out, what was I going to call every day and have them come out and clean? So like an idiot, I did not check Yelp or any other consumer agency. They lost their BBB license and the reviews are horrible. I even filed a complaint with the State AG's office, and they wrote back a very long explanation about how they guarantee their services, and I basically kicked them out of the house. At least I have the complaint filed if someone wants to do the research. They basically just said that I would have to take them to court, which I intend to do. I know that it sounds petty to go to small claims court over this, and I am not asking for a full refund, I just do not feel that it was worth the standard $89-$100 range that I always pay. It is the point that I was lied to, they lack any moral integrity, and I want to protect other consumers out there so they do not also get ripped off by these liars. I may also have one of the local news stations do a consumer watch segment on them. Haven't decided yet. But please take my advice...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are enough legit companies out there to waste your time and money on them.
