  • 2 stars for flexibility (I was running late and they were able to move me to a later time) and cleanliness of the facility. The girl doing my wax did not introduce herself. I told her I was new to the area and wanted to try Ultraskin to see if I'd like it. She literally went over the same area 7 times with hot wax (even though I kept saying 'wow, that is hot'). I have been getting my underarms waxed for at least ten years, I have NEVER had a burning sensation like I did when I left that salon today. I would NEVER go back and I am so grateful I opted to try out an underarm wax versus a bikini.
