  • YOU MUST GO TO 107 DURING HAPPY HOUR!!! Sorry for my all caps persistence but I cannot say enough great things about the view, staff and happy hour offerings. During happy hour all cocktails (speciality cocktails on the menu and any drink containing liquor) are 2-for-1 and all appetizers are half off. We found a table with an amazing view of the strip and our waitress was very helpful and friendly! You can also take your drinks down to the Top of the World if you are eating in the restaurant after you enjoy happy hour. Don't pay the ticket fee to go up in the Stratosphere, instead ride the free elevator up to the 107 lounge and enjoy the happy hour deals!
