Went to have an oil change to save money because I got a coupon and was so sorry I went! My watch was stolen from inside my car and this was the day before Thanksgiving . Got ahold of a salesperson who was the only left there, everyone had gone home. Talked to George the service manager and he started yelling at me as to why I didn't call the same day it happened and I told him I did. Told him what the watch cost and that I expected the watch or to be compensated. He said he would get with a Manager and call me back. But I had to be the one on top of things and calling him back!!! He yelled at me again saying he would call me, but I went on Facebook on their site and posted that I had been waiting for my check to cover my stolen watch. Someone saw my post and I got a call from George ordering me to take the post down. I said I would as soon as I got the check owed to me.
After all this I will not go back as long as George is working there and until they learn to treat people. They put George in charge and that was a big mistake. I may be only ONE customer but hope someone reads this.
