purchased a 32in Samsung smart TV 2 months ago with 2yrs geek squad coverage and my son accidentally tapped the TV screen and messed up the picture, so I called the store and spoke to someone in Geek Squad and he said good news your covered just being the TV in for repair or replacement. I get to the store and I'm told that it is not covered and that it would cost more to fix than the TV was worth. So thanks..... for wasting my time and selling me coverage that's useless. never again.
