  • Terrible experience here. Bought a Groupon, they weren't very clear about what the treatment was the I could redeem the Groupon for. I booked an appointment and went in and found out I couldn't get the treatment done that I wanted. There was no awkward confrontation, I left without getting angry. No big deal, I went home and got a refund from Groupon and went on with my life. A couple days later I got a phone call from the spa threatening to sue me if I didn't take down a bad Yelp review that I DID NOT EVEN LEAVE. Someone else had come in and had a similar experience, wrote an angry review about it and I was the one being threatened. Even though the name or info on the account didn't match mine, I was being viciously accused. I see they tracked down the real person and had the rating removed....really sketchy. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. You should not even be contacting people who leave Yelp reviews because they are honest reviews and other potential clients need to see the good and the bad in order to make a decision on whether or not to bring you their business. Threatening people with legal action over a Yelp review is suspicious and despicable business management. I am here now to leave this review about my real experience because people need to know.
