  • I'll keep this short and to the point. As far as servicing your cars, Acura of Peoria is superb. Very nice, helpful, and they take care of your vehicle. As far as some of their salesmen, they are sorry. I brought my mother who was a cash buyer to drive a vehicle, and she liked it. We walked so she could narrow down her decision on vehicles we had driven. In the end our final choices included the 2018 Honda Accord, 2018 Honda CRV, and the 2018 Acura RDX. I reached out to salesman Jorge asking him to provide his best out the door price, and he would not even after requesting this multiple times. We just went ahead and crossed the RDX off of our list and bought an Accord cash at Arrowhead Honda down the street from Acura of Peoria. I think that was the most pethetic experience I have ever had dealing with a dealership from the retail end. It was like dealing with a dog with no bite while expecting and waiting for the dog to at least attempt to bark. The level of even attempting to do business with them was an absolute joke. Awww well, their loss. I will enjoy my cash purchased Acura ILX and my mom will enjoy her all cash purchased... 2018 Honda Accord from Arrowhead Honda... I should have worked with Rey.
