  • I called to reserve two cars at Charlotte Douglass airport yesterday! I got confirmed and walked all the way thru a a barrage of construction outdoors in the coldest weather of the year! I arrived at the desk and was told they had no available cars! I called reservations back and they said they do have cars available so I handed the phone to the counter clerk. Sounded like they had words about if they didn't have cars why they were no updating their inventory! I took it as them having a shoddy protocol!
