  • My 5 year old daughter was with a 104 temperature and had been ill with fever for a day. I went to FASTMED on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm because when reviewing Google/YELP comments I decided to go at this site. Upon arriving, the attendant at the front desk was busy with a client and as I approached her she introduced herself and shared that she would be gathering information from us and ask that I provide her some information as well. She was clear and was provided me direction filling out the forms. We sat down and there was 1 client ahead of us. We did not wait long --maybe 15 minutes and then we were called next in to get her vitals and sent to the room then after. The Medical Asst was nice and polite. The PA was also very nice asking questions first and assessing the circumstances. She then tested my daughter and before she would do anything, she would always explain and assure we understood. She provided me with some what to do's and not do's. They were helpful. After some clinical testing, she promised a follow up and told us that we would receive a call for a follow up test. By Monday, they were already calling me with results promptly at noonish. I was content and happy with the services and promises that were kept. I would definitely go back there again! Thank you for giving me a peace of mind knowing where to go next time.
