| - I joined GoodLife back in December and have enjoyed all of my experiences so far.
The change rooms are always clean, smell nice, and aren't cluttered. The bathrooms are also very clean, and though I would never do it, I would be alright walking barefoot to the showers if I had to.
The staff are lovely people; I have always been greeted when I "clock in" and have had a few chats with some of the girls who work there. I have not taken any of the group classes yet, but from what I have witnessed, the instructors are very motivational and know their stuff.
All the equipment is in great condition and I had never had any technical problems with using them.
I enjoy the option of the club being women's only, for it is far less intimidating working out amongst women than it would be if there were men around as well. Personal opinion, but I'm sure a lot of women feel the same.
The atmosphere of the club is very relaxed and cheerful. There are 5 televisions so there is always something to watch, and all of the biks, ellipticals and treadmills are equipped with audio plug in so you can listen to th TVs if you choose.
I would be very interested in investing in personal training appointments, but due to the cost these are out of my reach. I know you have a free assessment with a PT, but other than that you have to pay. I'd be interested in seeing something like "3 free sessions" so you can really get the feel of working with a trainer.
