  • I have been a diehard fan of Bloom ever since I discovered their gluten-free goodies years ago while commuting to work at TDS near the Middleton location. Im so happy and excited that their expansion will allow a larger audience to experience these delicacies. They have hands down the best and largest variety of vegan/gluten free items of any bakery or cafe I've been to. I'm not vegan but I am gluten free and have a sensitivity to dairy, as well as a terrible sweet tooth, so Bloom is a dream come true. My husband, who doesn't have any food restrictions and usually has less-than-stellar things to say about gluten free or vegan things, agrees that all of Bloom's items are amazing. My brother and his wife had Bloom do their wedding cake and actually preferred the gf/vg flavors. I also love that they use local ingredients and work with other mom&pop businesses like wisco pop and mad urban bee honey, which I've gotten a honey csa from before. Their new space is amazing; so much more room than the Middleton location. Can't wait to go back and try their Hometown biscuit with roasted sweet potatoes. Mmmmm....drooling just thinking about it. Seriously, cant say enough about this place. Love you Bloom!!!!
