I've dealt with this company twice now by phone and I could not be more impressed with them! I may have spoken to the same gentleman both times. If not, they have two guys with a very kind, attentive manner. It wouldn't surprise me if that's the case, I really feel like that is the culture of this company. The last time I called (this morning), without being asked he checked the tracking on my order down to the time it left the mail center in my city, and wrapped up the call telling me to give our pup a belly rub for them and let him know they're thinking about him. I believe both calls were like that. How freaking sweet is that?? I hung up the phone with a smile on my face and in my heart. Their kindness and attentiveness is above and beyond and such a breath of fresh air. I'm sad that our dog's cancer led us to be dealing with them, but can't thank them enough.
