This is my favorite pool to go to in Vegas. It's not on the Strip so I don't have to deal with traffic and the crowds. The parking lot is really close to the pool and it's never full when I go. The workers here are generally nice and courteous.
On their website, they stated that they charge locals $20 on weekends. A few years ago, it used to be $10 for guys and free for local ladies. I can't remember what I said to the Asian girl but she let me in for free. Cool, I didn't have to pay $20. They also give you a small bottle of water with your towels which is nice.
I like that this is a relaxing, family pool and it's not crowded. I don't have to roll my eyes at drunk douchebags or skanky girl tourists screaming woohoo Vegas baby or worry about anyone bumping into me. There are kids here but I'd rather deal with them and they don't bug me as much as the rowdy tourists.
The cabanas, beds, and drinks are a lot cheaper than on the Strip. They play music out loud but not as loud as the pool parties on the Strip. It's a perfect place for me to sunbathe and go for a dip in the pool.
