| - As a payment of my last respects, I will leave the Hacienda with a final five star rating. It is very sad news to me, to find that this place has also changed ownership and is now, apparently, a Dotty's, and the new reviews are less than stellar. The Hacienda was a nice place to stop, perfectly situated between Las Vegas and Hoover Dam. A true oasis out in the middle of seemingly nowhere. It was a nice place to sit, take a break, play, eat or drink something, even catch a movie if you wanted! This changeover is sad and distressing news for someone from a distance, who also just found out that one of his other favorite haunts in Vegas, Terribles on Paradise, has also changed hands and is now the Silver Sevens, much to similar lackluster results. It's just sad to me how these old places change and often not for the better.
