  • I've had positive experiences at other Pep Boys locations in the past, but this one is super-shady. They've charged / attempted to charge me for a host of crazy things including, labor for battery replacement (I bought it over the counter & installed it myself), coolant for a radiator repair due to their defective previous repair, alignment that wasn't needed or diagnosed, etc. Additionally, 2 out of 3 repairs I've had there have resulted in me making multiple return trips so they can either fix what they broke in the process or finish reassembling some part of the car they took apart. Pretty sure the guys at this location are operating off the mainstream Pep Boys grid.
