  • I actually love the property itself. wonderful house in a wonderful location. That said... They will exploit every legal grey area and every opportunity to charge you for everything and anything they can. I don't know which I fear more staying or leaving. I know they are mercilessly racking me over the coals every chance they get now, but if I move I am certain it will not matter what condition I leave my house in, they will try to take me for all they can. No matter what your situation is expect no understand or companion in the least. Even if they are partially at fault. Serious I mean zero. If you still owe even a dollar on some fee, they will take you to court. No exaggeration. The only thing they have even been good about are repairs. If you call to get something fix they will fix it promptly. I would never recommend them, rent from or buy from them in the future.
