  • I have been going to pet club for years and I used to love it but I despise this location. I have had multiple bad experiences from the employees and it seems like they have a quick turnover rate because there is always new people. I only stuck with this location because if you buy 10 bags of Acana you get one free. I went in the other day in hopes to get my free bag of dog food since I've bought 10 and the girl said I only bought 5 so it's pretty much a scam. I have receipts clearly showing I've bought more so I decided to take my business elsewhere (chewy.com) and I will never go back to pet club :).
