rev:text	This place makes Charlotte better. Here is the low down... the parking lot is tiny, better drive a European car to park! Once inside, you are greeted by a hostess with several high-top tables. They will then take you to your table in the back, of our made a reso (highly suggested). The dining area a very spacious and is opened to the kitchen where you can see the cooks prepare your food. There are even bar seating options where you can sit almost in the kitchen. The cooks serve you directly from the kitchen; it doesn't get more fresh than that! I appreciate the open concept, because many time it can be unnerving not knowing what is exactly going on behind those closed kitchen doors. The atmosphere is very warm, yet dark. I'd say it's a lovely place for a date or a cozy dinner with close friends. The drink menu has a huge range of wines as well as specialty drinks. I have always been amazed and pleased by the level of professional service they offer their patrons. They do not hire jut anyone, and that is very much appreciated. Their staff are very knowledgeable about the food and are clearly invested in you having a pleasant experience. Our waiter made some fine selections for us off the wine menu. As a vegetarian, he even offered some combinations that made my tastebuds extremely satisfied. #TrufflePasta He even told us about wine tasting a they have started hosting, which would be of great interest to me. I certainly suggest a reso! This can be hard to get in otherwise. You may need a European car to park here, but you will need a mini van to take you away. The food is so delicious you will overeat, that's a promise.
