  • Horrible! Stay away! Adams was called to clean up and dry out a category 3 (sewage toilet water) damage. They came out right away and set up their de-humidifiers. After 5 days and I'm sure a high charge to the insurance they left. Problem, they didn't remove the carpet where the water leaked onto. When my husband and I called to ask about this, they said the technician didn't see water damage. Pretty unbelievable considering the water was leaking from the ceiling ONTO the carpet. They told us they would remove the carpet when they came back to do the remodel, of which we repeatedly told them we weren't going with them considering their outrageous quote. My husband and I made at least a dozen calls to have them finish the clean up but they never got back with us thus leaving us to take care of it ourselves. Absolutely appalling!!!! Hard to deal with. Never return calls. Over charge for work!!!
