rev:text	Customer Service = F I bought a pool table from these guys last year, and the table is nice, but a few months ago a piece of wood fell off of the bottom of the table. I called them to have it fixed, the guy I spoke with said he would look at his schedule and then get back to me. He called back about 10 minutes later explaining that the piece of wood that fell off wasn't important to the structure of the pool table and it didn't need to be fixed. He never looked at it or asked me for a picture. I explained to him that I paid a lot of money for that pool table and would appreciate it if it was repaired, regardless of whether or not it was necessary. I even offered to pay for the repair. He said he would look at the next time he had someone in my area and would let me know. Several weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I called him back. He sounded annoyed to hear from me and said he couldn't tell me the next time he'd have someone in my area. FYI, I live in the city of Madison, same as the store. I asked if it would be possible to schedule something specific and in a very snarky tone, he told me he would get to it when he could. What a lousy excuse for customer service. If you're thinking about buying a pool table, DO NOT buy it here!!!!!!!!!!!!
